What carriers do you use to ship goods?
We offer Canada Post Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority as well as courier shipping for most of our shipments. For items over 2 metres in length our shipping estimator will provide a UPS estimate only for most items as Canada Post do not handle packages over 2 metres. Note that this is only an estimate and actual shipping rates can vary. If shipping rates are more than quoted for we will contact you before shipping your order.

Do you ship outside Canada?
We ship within Canada, USA. and to most international countries at our discretion.  Customers are responsible for any additional import duties and taxes which may be added when purchasing from outside Canada.

How do I find out how much it will cost to ship my order?
When you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can enter your Country, Province or State and Postcode and click ' Estimate Shipping' to find out a shipping cost. Alternatively shipping will be shown when you checkout.

Why can I not get a shipping estimate/cost for my item(s)? / I want to buy a product which displays Call for Shipping Quote?
Your item requires special handling so to order an item which has 'Call for Shipping Quote' button below the price, click the Contact Info link and you can either email or call us to arrange a shipping quote and complete your order. 

Can I return my purchase?
Goods may be returned, unused, in their original packaging at the customer's expense within 14 days of purchase. A 6% refund fee applies, to cover bank charges.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day, subject to availability. If a product you order is out of stock, then we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
